House plants have had a revival and are currently one of the biggest interior trends, bringing life to a space.

But did you know they work particularly well in bedroom? And that adorning your bedroom with beautiful things such as plants can help you feel more connected to it?

The quality of the air in your bedroom can not only affect quality of sleep – it can also positively affect your overall health and wellness. Dry air can be blamed for contributing to a number of respiratory ailments. Airborne contaminants such as mould, dust and other potential allergens can be a major underlying factor for a variety of illnesses.

Thankfully, nature has provided us with solution. Houseplants maintain humidity levels, filter air pollutants, and some produce oxygen. So which plants are best for the bedroom?
